Victoria founded Communication via Design in 1993, a few years after returning to Boston from a design career in Los Angeles. As a leader in the local design industry, Victoria lectures on graphic design topics in the US and Europe. She has received numerous awards, including a piece selected for the Library of Congress' permanent collection. She was recognized as a “40 Under 40” for outstanding leadership and entrepreneurship by the Boston Business Journal and has an active role developing initiatives concerning Boston's flourishing Seaport District.
Victoria is hands-on with all facets of the firm. From creative oversight to strategic implementation — she is on top of it all. Her philosophy to encourage input from clients, staff and other constituents sets the collaborative tone for the company. Her 20+ years of industry insight, and extensive range of experience with visual and marketing communications, qualifies her to encapsulate and actualize the specific needs of each client.
