The staff had difficulty updating the previous text-laden site. Important information was often missed by viewers, as it was "below the fold" on many pages.

The new design has an emotive presence. Survivors can share their stories and offer support. Relevant information is far easier to find—and update. The CMS was built using Drupal to maximize flexibility and SEO functionality. Viewers can register for events, and donors can contribute online with data synchronized to in-house software.
